Services offered by Tikva
We offer your employees an assessment interview where a plan of action is designed jointly by the social worker and the employee, this is followed by short-term counseling (6 to 8 sessions), or a referral to the appropriate community resources. Employees can request and appointment or be referred to the EAP for a number of reasons, such as -
- Substance abuse rehabilitation referral and aftercare services
- Counseling for employees in emotional distress due to trauma or other major life events
- Financial or legal concerns referral to suitable resources
- Family/personal relationship issues
- Work relationship issues
- Concerns about aging parents
- Educational planning for dependents
- Child maintenance issues
- Any other concern raised by the employee or the business will be either dealt with directly, or referred to the appropriate resources within the community.

Payroll processing
- Workshops on issues such as “Identifying and Managing the Troubled Employee” or any other topics
- Wellness days or talks can be arranged. Should a specialist be required for such events additional cost will be incurred, over and above the hourly rates stated below.
